I will have a piece hanging at the Alternator Centre for Contemporary Art for their annual Pride show in partnership with Okanagan Pride. One of six selected artists. 2017 // June I have a piece hanging at the Kelowna Art Gallery for their show The Games We Play. 2017 // May IMMERSION was my first solo show and was hosted by Studio 111 at the Rotary Centre for Arts in Kelowna, May 18 and May 20. I was invited to put on a Visiting Artist Demonstration at Kelowna Opus Art Supplies on May 20. 2017 // April I had a piece hanging at the Penticton Art Gallery for their show Grasslands. 2017 // January Six pieces are hanging in Dr Wendy Ross' medical practice in Penticton, BC. 2016 // October A selection of my work was on display at Aubin and Associates in Kelowna, BC October 2016 - February 2017 as part of ARTSCO's Artscape exhibition. My series of skulls were on display at Dark Art, a Halloween themed four artist show that was created and curated by myself. Selected local artists to join the show were Kelsie Balehowsky, Nicole Young, and Kyle Zsombor. 2016 // September A selection of prints were on display at Ecora Engineering in Kelowna, BC as part of ARTSCO's Downtown Gallery event. 2016 // August Queen of Queers hung in the Alternator Centre for Contemporary Art for Pride Month, as this year's winning finalist of the Pride Exhibition. 2016 // May Live body painted the host of the Okanagan Arts Awards, Peter Breeze, during the awards ceremony. His outfit for the night was my creation! 2015 // March Displayed work in Kelowna, BC's Rotary Centre for the Arts. This was part of a group exhibition of the contributing editors of the Okanagan Art Review. 2015 // February Invited to, and competed in, Penticton, BC's inaugural ArtBattle. ArtBattle is an international live painting competition comprised of multiple short (20 minute) rounds judged by audience vote. 2014 // August Created and curated the Creek Kids outdoor art show. Four female artists participated in this event which was sponsored by the Cannery Brewing Company and was covered in the local media. |
